AI Disclosure: All responses in Dedikodu are generated by artificial intelligence (AI). The AI is not a real person and its responses should not be considered professional advice of any kind.
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 17 years old to use Dedikodu.
By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 17 years of age. If you are under 17, you may not use this App under any circumstances.
4. User Accounts
- You may be required to create an account to use certain features
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Dedikodu to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Share false information about real individuals with intent to harm their reputation
- Attempt to extract harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content from the AI
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures
- Use the service for any commercial purposes without our consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Collect or harvest any information from other users
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you provide to the App (voice recordings, text messages). However, by using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the service.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content of your conversations. Any information you share about real people is your responsibility, and you should not share false or defamatory information about others.
7. AI-Generated Content
- Responses from Dedikodu are generated by AI and may not always be accurate
- AI responses are for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice
- The AI may occasionally produce unexpected, incorrect, or inappropriate responses
- We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on AI responses
8. Privacy
Your use of Dedikodu is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Intellectual Property
- The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us
- The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Implied warranties of merchantability

- Accuracy or reliability of AI responses
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App
- Any damages arising from AI-generated content
- Any damages arising from unauthorized access to your data
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Content you share through the App
13. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason
- You may stop using the App at any time
- Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.
